Requesting original documents – Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney & Other
Please fill out the release of documents form at the bottom of the page, making sure to include all the required information. Once you’ve completed the form, it will be sent to our team, and we will get in touch with you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect or have the requested documents posted to you.
Please allow us 10 working days to obtain your original document from storage and to arrange collection/posting of the same.
