Commercial & Corporate Solicitor (Partner)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join our firm, based in either our Bedford or Milton Keynes office. If you have previous experience working in a Partner level position and are looking to strengthen your knowledge and experience further, this role could be exactly what you’re looking for!

What will your responsibilities be?

• You will be leading the Company Commercial Team.
• Developing and growing your own client base
• Marketing and promoting all of our services to both internal and external stakeholders
• Providing high quality legal services to clients in a timely, professional manner
• Proactively managing your own client matters
• Collaborating with people across all areas of the firm
• Using your expertise to coach and manage team members, enabling them to reach their full potential

Does your previous experience include:

• 10+ years PQE
• Successfully leading a Company Commercial team
• A proven track record within Company Commercial law
• Expertise and experience in both commercial and corporate matters
• Contributing to business development and supporting firm wide growth
