Requesting documents on behalf of someone else

If you would like to request a Will and/or Lasting Powers of Attorney, on behalf of someone else, you’ve come to the right place. 

Please carefully read the following, noting the information and documents required.

What’s required?

We can only release an original Will and/or Lasting Power of Attorney to the Testator (the person who made the Will). To do so, we will need the Testator to provide a photo ID proof of address (ID no older than 3 months).

If you would like a copy of your document and still live at the same address shown on the document, please complete the form below.

If you have moved to a different address, please complete the form below, noting that we will need to see an updated ID before we release the document to you.

Please complete the “release of documents” form by selecting the document or documents you are requesting and adding all the required information. Once completed, press submit, and the form will be sent to our team, who will contact you to arrange a suitable time for you to collect/post the requested documents.

Please allow us 10 working days to obtain your original document from storage and to arrange collection/posting of the same.
