Sylvia is a partner in the Commercial Property team, and has extensive experience of major institutional and pension fund investment work, including: portfolio sales and acquisitions; shopping centre developments and management; all landlord and tenant matters; development issues; licenced premises; and large auction sales.

She also has specialist experience of large-scale receivership work and property-related insolvency matters acting on behalf of receivers appointed by banks and other institutions.
