Thomas is experienced in dealing with complex estates and trust matters including double trust arrangements such as home loan schemes. He is also well-versed in advising on estate planning (including asset protection, business succession, tax mitigation, and lifetime gifting), and deals with the drafting of supporting wills, trusts and powers of attorney documentation as required.

Thomas has worked in the Private Client sector since embarking on a career in law. He spent two years working as a paralegal at Slater & Gordon in their Court of Protection team under Jocelyn Fox (Legal 500 Hall of Fame), before joining Woodfines’ Wills, Trusts & Probate team in 2018 where he has since worked under the supervision of Tim Addinell (Legal 500 Leading Individual). He completed his Training Contract with Woodfines in September 2021 and gained experience in areas such as family, property, and dealing with companies, all of which now informs and supports his advice in the Private Client arena.
