Nicasio completed his LPC at De Montfort University in Leicester, and qualified as a solicitor in 2005, having been practising in Conveyancing since 2001. He is a specialist in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, and prior to joining Woodfines in 2016, worked for law firms in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

I gathered a few quotes from different solicitors before deciding to go with Woodfines for their conveyancing services for the purchase of my first home. Though Woodfines were not the cheapest quote I received, they responded fast, always answered the phone and laid out their fixed costs up front. A big draw for me was that they had digital systems in place for doing ID checks virtually and all my initial client onboarding completed digitally. Nothing was sent via snail mail and I didn't have to drive to their offices to sign things. With a busy work schedule this was imperative to me.

Nic and his team were incredibly patient and guided me through every step of the process. They gave me realistic advice on the pros on cons of every choice, when to push, when to be patience and respected my wishes. They dug deep and uncovered things about the purchase the estate agents and sellers had failed to highlight and they made what many call "the most stressful thing you will ever do" feel like a walk in the park. Sale of my mother’s home


I had the recent pleasure of working with Nic Dino on the sale of my mother’s house.
